TIFF while a massive film festival also celebrates Canadian film like no other including every ten years naming the best Canadian made films of all time. The People’s Choice Award has also gone to 5 eventual Best Picture Winners and an additional 9 nominees showing that Toronto is the first spot in awards contention.
